The CRU trooper is a concept created to show what a cyberpunk cop would look like. The yellow is borrowed from dutch police colors and the helmet is to show that they are heavy and a assault type :
The Backbone of the CRU is the standard trooper. Equipped with a shock rifle and a emp mine along with some ammo pouches. Unlike a assault trooper or a hunter the standard trooper or “yellow head” is set up to deal with less specialized missions such as tech retrieval and escort missions. Despite being the least equipped solider in the CRU they make up the bulk and are very reliable in most situations need be.
